Following the outstanding review and strong interest on the Bioplastics & Degradable Plastics Zone and Rubber Machinery & Equipment Zone in the previous edition, the show organiser decided to set up these two zones again in the 26th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries (CHINAPLAS 2012), scheduled to take place on 18 – 21 April 2012 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
It will be the second time around for the Bioplastics Zone but in this edition, a 40% increase in the exhibition space allotted for this zone is anticipated. With the growing global concern on green manufacturing, bioplastics is inevitably the focus in the plastics industry given enormous potential in the market. As the international platform for advanced technology in the plastics and rubber industries, CHINAPLAS 2012 will introduce the world’s leading bioplastics suppliers and their products like PLA, PHA, PBS, PPC, PCL, PVA, TPS, PA and PTT. The 4th International Conference on Bioplastics and the Applications is held concurrently with CHINAPLAS 2012. Like the last edition held in 2011, speakers from the leading bioplastics suppliers have been invited. Overseas and Chinese plastics associations continue to support the conferences which are expected to reach over 70 sessions this year.
As the relaunch of Rubber Machinery & Equipment Zone in 2011 received overwhelming response, the organiser decided to continue with a bigger zone this year. Exhibits at the zone include rubber machineries, rubber processing equipment, testing equipment, die & mould for products like rubber conveyor belt, rubber hose, medical rubber products, daily rubber products, rubber sealing products, automotive rubber products, etc.
Mr. Stanley Chu, Chairman of Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., organiser of CHINAPLAS, indicated that, “the complicated and changing global economic situation will bring various new challenges to China’s economy. Enterprises are currently perplexed by the shortage of labour and electricity in China, and the elimination of backward production capacity caused by the growing pressure of energy-saving everywhere. CHINAPLAS 2012 will display various kinds of exhibits, e.g. robot hands, energy saving servo motors, all-electric injection moulding machines, which will offer effective solutions to solve the problems of environmental protection and shortage of raw materials, plus many new recycling technologies. All these will capture the attention of buyers. ”
Staging its 26th edition, CHINAPLAS 2012 covers an exhibition area of 200,000 sqm and occupies all 17 halls at Shanghai New International Expo Centre and halls extending at the Central Square. More than 2,600 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions and over 100,000 visitors from 140 countries will get together in this vast professionalNike Lebron 10
