STEER inducts Bangera to its Board of Directors

STEER announces the induction of Mr. Subba Bangera, Chairman of Active Biz Solutions Pvt. Ltd, into the company’s Board of Directors, beginning July 27, 2018. Mr. Bangera is designated as Vice-Chairman, STEER, and will be responsible for steering the growth of the company from the long-term perspective through strategic advice, guidance and critical interventions apart from enhancing the operational efficiency.

 

He is also the Representative Director of STEER at the prestigious Plastics Machinery Manufacturers’ Association of India (PMMAI), the apex body for the plastics equipment manufacturing business in the country.

His expertise is in research, sourcing and selling raw material, equipment marketing, and project management, all contributing to a successful business growth and resulting in positive impact on an organisation’s performance.

 

At present, he is an Advisor to Electropneumatics & Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd, Bana Group, SG group and a few other companies. He is also part of the CGSC as its Governing Council member and is a Director of the PMMAI. Mr. Bangera is a highly-respected personality in the plastics manufacturing industry having chaired several national and international conferences and seminars. He also teaches in various management colleges as a guest faculty. He advises companies on LEAN manufacturing to raise their level to global platform.

 

An alumnus of Bombay University’s Department of Chemical Technology (BUDCT), now known as ICT (Institute of Chemical Technology), Mr. Bangera has obtained multiple graduate programmes, including an Honours, in Plastics studies. He has also successfully completed Management programme from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
