STM-RHC temperature controller

Shini STM-RHC adopts high-temperature steam to work. It is suitable for moulding machine whose clamping force is below 300T; The temperature can rise  from 60℃ to 140℃ within 15 seconds and drop from 140℃ to 60℃ within the same time; P.I.D. multi-stage temperature control system can maintain a mould  temperature with accuracy of ±1℃; Automatic control and manual control are  both available for temperature control; Water heating loop is controlled by double-loop P.I.D which has the output function of main stage and secondary stage; The unit of temperature can be converted between ℉/℃; HMI display contents can be converted between Chinese and English; The function of temperature display and control of return water temperature and water heating  loop is standard configuration; Adopts the function of pump overload protection, reverse-phase and open-phase protection, temperature control protection, low level protection, over-heat alarm and low-pressure alarm.
