Sumitomo Bakelite consolidates plastics unit

INA MOVE to integrate its High Performance Plastics Business Unit, Sumitomo Bakelite Co., Ltd.  Group created an entity called the SBHPP, which puts its global sales and marketing network and manufacturing capabilities for phenolic resins, moulding compounds and circuitry materials, under one group.

SBHPP is represented by 20 companies in Asia, Japan, Europe and North America, including the newly established SBE India Pvt Ltd in New Delhi, which will serve customers of plastics and other related materials in the region.
