Sunningdale completes purchase of UFE Singapore

 Singapore’s Sunningdale Tech Ltd. has completed the acquisition of UFE Pte Ltd. (UFEPL) for US$2 million. The acquisition was completed on Jan. 5 through Conway Mackenzie Inc, Birmingham, Mich.-based turnaround management company. Singapore-based UFEPL specialises in the design and manufacturing of complex high-cavitation molds, precision part production and contract assembly for global customers in the consumer, instrumentation, business machine, automotive, and other industries. UFEPL was formerly a subsidiary of Osceola, Wis.-based UFE Inc. Sunningdale had signed a sales and purchase agreement with UFE in November.
