Superfood snacks from Good4U

Good4U is a manufacturer of healthy packaged snacks founded by Bernie Butler in 2005. From Sligo, Ireland, the company produces the Super sprout mix (found to have a protective effect against DNA damage), as well as those made with aalfalfa, lentil, pea and bean sprouts.

It has expanded into value-added seed snacks, and now has more than 40 different lines, eight in the sprouted seed category and over 30 in the snack category. These are supplied to retailers in Ireland and the UK with branded and own label products. The seed snacks are packed with essential vitamins and minerals, and have low GI.

In 2014, Good4U was shortlisted last year as Emerging Small Exporter of the Year at the annual Export Industry Awards. Check out its health foods at stand S2-D34.
