Flexibility in pump drive cases for variety electro mobile Sennebogen material handling machines

With impressive eleven meters range and a good view from the comfort cab, the material handling machine sets the material precisely into the box. Here, the electro-hydraulic Sennebogen 821 electric is versatile, energy-saving and environmentally friendly in use, such as the sorting of demolition and construction materials. For such tasks in recycling the machine stands securely on a stable crawler undercarriage. Per electric drive it is mobile with up to 50 percent savings in energy and operating costs.

For a long and  powerful use, the profiled hollow shafts of the pump drive are force feed lubricated and made of tempered and nitrited chrominummolybdenum steel. Radial shaft seals are made of Viton material.

Sennebogen connects consistent sustainability and performance with its handling equipment of the GreenLine. The forward-thinking machine manufacturers are committed to the pump drive gearboxes of specialists from Stiebel, located in Waldbroel, Germany. "The material handling machines, whether crawler, mobile or stationary, are very versatile. Of course, this diversity is matching  our pump drive series which  has a huge flexibility," says Paul Hermann Schumacher.

This particular flexibility in the cultivation of the electric motors and hydraulic pumps enables both, the use of motors with frame size 315, as well as the size 280. And thanks to standardized drive-shafts, the different hydraulic pumps can be fitted -depending on the application- by using adapter kits. With the strong technology and the powerful Stiebel gearbox, type 4739, the SENNEBOGEN 821 electric can transfer approximately 120,000 tons of material per year while being climate-friendly and cost-effectively. The Stiebel-Team is looking forward to the next sustainable transmission solution for more forward-looking mobility ideas.
