A RANGE of fruit-stevia sweetener blend solutions is being marketed by Steviva Ingredients.
The MonkSweet comprises five all-natural sweetening systems and grades.
The MonkSweet pure monk fruit extract has a neutral flavor and comes in three grades: the MonkSweet V25, MonkSweet V40, and MonkSweet V50. The first features 25% minimum mogroside V, the most cost effective monk fruit sweetener with a neutral flavor profile. It is suitable for beverage and baked goods.
The MonkSweet V40 has 40% minimum mogroside V for 300 times the sweetening power of sugar. It blends with nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners with lower calorie and sugar.

With 50% minimum mogroside V, the MonkSweet V50 is 400 times sweeter than sugar and is the most intensely sweet of the MonkSweet family.
The MonkSweet + is a blend of SteviaSweet 95-60, monk fruit extract, and Erysweet Erythritol. It is twice as sweet as sugar but with minimal calories at just 0.2 calories per gram. The MonkSweet LS combines steviol glycosides and the compounds in monk fruit to deliver 250 times the sweetness of sucrose.
