Sweetener with true flavor, mouthfeel

AT FIC 2016, PureCircle introduced the “Matrix Solutions”, a stevia package that enables beverage producers to reduce sugar use and still preserve the true flavor and mouthfeel of their products.  Applications developed with the product are said to have dramatic reductions in bitterness, astringency and off-notes.

Matrix Solutions include two core products, Sigma-T for Tea and Sigma-D for Dairy.
