Symrise enters ME market

GLOBAL player Symrise has acquired Futura Labs Group, a leading flavours and fragrances manufacturer in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. The acquisition expands the Holzminden,Germany firm's footprint in several large and attractive markets in this region. Futura also has a new production facility for aseptic beverage compounds in Dubai, which will give Symrise access to the beverage industry in the Middle East. The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of 2010. Futura founder and current majority owner, Dr. Karim Greiss, will continue to manage the businesses following their integration into the Symrise Group.Air Jordan I 1 Shoes
