A new entrant to the natural sweetener industry, California-based Stivii will launch a Stevia-based product that conveniently comes in tablet form and will be packed in handy dispensers, so users can have their sweetener on hand.

Stivii's products are derivatives of Stevia-based sweeteners and use the highest naturally extracted grade of Reb-A on the market (97%). This makes the products a taste above the rest in the sugar substitute market, the company claims.

“We not only want to offer people a healthy alternative to artificial sweeteners and sugar,” says Maxim Babooie for the company, “but our priority is to inspire change and do our part to help stop the growing diabetes and obesity trends.”

Stevia-based sweeteners are created by extracting, drying, and purifying steviol glycosides from the Stevia Rebaudiana leaf. The sweetest of these steviol glycosides is called Reb-A, and is the best tasting part of the plant is featured in almost every Stevia sweetener.
