Taegutec unveils T-Clamp Ultra Plus

TAEGUTEC has recently introduced the T-Clamp Ultra Plus, which is designed to reduce vibration and boosts productivity.

 

The new reinforced-type blade features screw clamping to provide additional strength for parting and grooving applications. It is designed to maximize rigidity and stability, and increase productivity, Taegutec said.

 

The T-Clamp Ultra Plus TGBR/L type blades are thicker to reduce vibration on the tool and the machine. This makes it ideal for machines equipped with main and subspindles. The product is also suitable for long overhang machining using multiple spindles.

 

The blade has a screw clamp for added rigidity. This improves the existing blade’s performance between main and sub-spindles of turn-mill machines. It also cuts tool setting times and machining downtime.
