Super high torque gearboxes
TST series is the latest development from Zambello's Super High Torque, Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder gearbox. The company manufactures gearboxes for twin-screw extruders starting from a centre distance between screws of 21.5 mm up to a centre distance between output shafts 116 mm. In the TST (Twin Super Torque) gearbox range, the system of torque distribution has enabled the company to increase considerably the output speed (up to 1800 rpm.) and also the density of the transmissible torque (up to 35 Nm/cm3). The TST gearboxes are now available starting with a centre distance of 21.5 mm (TST 21,5/26 COR) and reach 116 mm (TST 90/112 COR). Bigger sizes are already planned.

To meet the rising demand for twin-screw extruders, Sun Lung had developed the series of high performance gearboxes for the twin-screw extruder. The gearboxes of this series have been developed featuring high torque and high speed output rate. The series of gearboxes are embedded with excellent high dissipation and oil lubrication system to perform stable output under heavyloading force.
