TaipeiPLAS: 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line from Kung Hsing

KUNG HSING is making its mark via its latest 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line, KS-ML-5-50+55+65, which can be used to produce barrier film, lamination film, VCI film, food packaging film, industrial packaging film, FFS, heat shrinkable film and agriculture film, etc.

The company offers complete blown film extrusion line to process HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, mPE, EVA, PP, PA, EVOH, blends and recycled material. The extruder size ranges from ?50mm、?55mm、?65mm. The machine also features automatic controlled dual lip air ring, internal bubble cooling system (I.B.C.), gravimetric gain-in-weight batch blender with extrusion control system, electric tension control, edge position control, and 360-degree thickness measurement system as well as take-up unit (oscillating horizontal type) and back-to-back surface winder.
