TATA Steel to begin full capacity production at Jamshedpur

TATA Steel will start full capacity production at its Jamshedpur plant this quarter after its modernisation. Mr. H M Nerurkar MD of TATA Steel said that modernisation of Jamshedpur plant is over and commissioning of 9.7 million tonnes is almost complete.  He also said that they are expecting to start production to its full capacity from this quarter. Referring to TATA Steels Kalinganagar project in Odisha, Nerurkar said the project is going great and expected to commission the first phase in 2014.
