The TCC coating screw is made of Japan-sourced alloy steel for hardness and durability. Applied with cautious pre-process and having advanced PVD ion coating, the TCC coating screw features hard film on the surface. The PVD coating provides strong resistance against acid, corrosion, wears and oxidization. The PVD ion coating can improve the surface quality of the screw and extends its life twice longer than traditional ones. The coating reduces black speckle, and can lower cost and defective rate.
