Tetra Pak CEO, Dennis J?nsson addresses participants to the World Dairy Leaders Forum of the IDF World Dairy Summit 2013 on 29 October in Yokohama, Japan. His speech centres on the conference theme, “Rediscovering Milk”, focusing on food security and the industry’s role in helping meet the increasing demand from a growing population.
Tetra Pak will be involved in other activities during the week-long event. It will host the “Children and Milk”, a presentation on dairy policies and economies by Ulla Holm, director Food for Development Office, and a speech on the topic of food and resources waste prevention by Erika Mink, Director of Environmental Affairs.
The World Dairy Summit is attended by 1800 specialists and decision-makers from across the globe for a week-long programme of conferences, workshops, technical tours and networking opportunities. It is organised by the International Dairy Federation and Japanese National Committee of IDF. It is being held from 28 October -1 November.
