THE LATEST edition of Tetra Pak’s Dairy Processing Handbook, which was previously offered in print, is now available online along with consultation.
The 480-page industry reference is a guide on the key operational steps of dairy processing. In May, the company updated the book with content on milk and whey powder; whey processing; concentrated yoghurt, as well as updates on commercial sterility regulations.
Since its launch in the 1980s, the publication has been used by academics and technical engineers in more than 100 countries.
