Theegarten-Pactec to showcase confectionery equipment

DRESDEN, Germany  -  Theegarten-Pactec is presenting an extensive performance range for packaging small confectionery items at Gulfood 2013. Being a leading system supplier in its field, the trend-setting company focuses on new feeding and distribution solutions. Over the past two years, it increased the pick & place feeding throughput significantly to achieve speeds of up to 1,000 products/minute and is suitable for combination with high-speed continuous motion wrapping machines such as the MCC for chocolate articles.

A model variant of the FPC5 horizontal flowpack machine will be introduced at show. The FPC5/280 extends the wrapping material area to widths of up to 280 mm, and product format widths of up to 120 mm. This enables producers to flowpack chocolate products in the typical 100-gram format and larger formats. These and additional innovations will be highlighted in video presentations at the information booth, stand no. S-B40 & S-C40,Trade Centre Area. Visitors will learn about the entire programme of wrapping machines and can discuss their packaging requirements with company representatives directly.
