WIEZE/BELGIUM– Get to taste the latest chocolate products from Barry Callebaut in the upcoming HIE trade fair in Frankfurt from November 13 to 15, 2012 (Booth D74). Its ‘free-from’ range and alternative sweetener solutions aim to satisfy a wide range of modern consumer needs.
New from the company, the Sweet by Fruits (TM) is a chocolate integrating a sweetening solution entirely derived from fruits. It is made from selected cocoa and sweetened by 100% natural sugars from fruits, including apples and grapes. With its chocolates sweetened with stevia extract (steviol glycosides), Barry Callebaut succeeded in combining modern-day technology with the unique sweetening characteristics of the Stevia plant.
In the ‘free-from’ range, the exquisite lactose-free milk chocolate* is for lactose-intolerant chocolate lovers. For vegans, there’s a milk chocolate alternative based on rice powder, without any milk-based ingredients.
