Tianjin to restrict steel output capacity to 20 million mt by 2017

he Environmental Protection Agency of the Chinese city of Tianjin has announced that it plans to eliminate 1.4 million mt and 2.29 million mt respectively of outdated steel and cement production capacities in the city before the end of the current year.
