TIMTOS 2013: Quality comes first

In Taiwan, there are around forty precision spindle manufacturers and Posa is one of the best. In TIMTOS 2013, one of the products being presented is the newly developed built-in CNC engraving machine spindle EMS-30. The design of this spindle allows for long-term operation and the maximal speed can reach to 24,000/ 30,000 rpm. High speed, high precision, great torque, and big horsepower are the main characteristics of this spindle, making it attractive to machine tool producers pursuing higher precision.

There is a spindle for horizontal boring and milling machine, coded PHB-130. According to General Manager Peng, this product has been studied, developed and manufactured for about ten years and is now fully formed in every aspect. The selling of this product is always good since its debut, and there are more than 500 suites sold up to now.

Both the market and the Taiwanese government approved Posa’s endeavors. As a result, PHB-130 was awarded the National Brand Yushan Award. General Manager Peng said, in order to make it happened, three to five years of experience on development is not enough because the after-service for further adjustment is the most important issue for this product. That is to say, Posa is skilled at planning for the solutions for their customers according to variant circumstances. The PHB-130 is very popular in Taiwan, mainland China, Germany, and the USA.

Now Posa has established a R&D and operation center in Kunshan and has cooperated with several Chinese machine tool corporations for equipping their lathes and milling machines with Posa’s spindles. General Manager Peng has a very optimistic viewpoint towards the Chinese market. In the near future, Posa will keep cooperating with domestic universities for its R&D and further foster its brand management.
