(TIMTOS) Faster moving, precise vertical machining centre

The rigid machine structure of the series were designed for faster moving and precise machining, supervised under ISO/CE/EMC/UL/CSA electrical and mechanical safety codes, which then powered and controlled by global-known CNC units with excellent AC servo package. All these were manufactured in our temperature and humidity controlled factory with the goal to offer our customer with high accuracy & superior efficiency machines at acceptable prices.

According to the company, all the machines were precisely hand-scraped for accuracy. The end face of the spindle stock, screw support faces and block contact faces are fully scraped to increase machining accuracy and feeding smoothness. Each spindle motor is subject to dynamic balance calibration before it has been assembled to machine with this process applied minimum spindle motor chattering and maximum machining accuracy can be achieved.
