In order to ensure very high precision parts, Tanshing has invested heavily in various advanced machining equipment.  90% of in-house parts machining allows the company to fully control the parts accuracy, which provides a solid foundation for the superior quality of its CNC rotary tables and index tables.

The TRNC-321, TRNC-400, TRNC-500A and TRNC-500C are five axis CNC rotary tables.  The servo motor position is not changed with shaft tilting to prevent vibration while cutting.  Absolute value motors are recommended for tilting axis.  The MPNC-320, MPNC-40B and HPNC-630 are swing rotary and embedded tables.  They use Hypoid gear design to give high anti-wearing and low noise.  Backlash is controlled after assembling and does not need to be adjusted for a long time so index accuracy remains stable.  The swing table is suitable on any spindle from any brand.
