TIMTOS: Pressure-increasing principle

Ltd.  Herbert offers MC Precision Vice.  Mr. Yang introduced the powerful pressure-increasing principle.  This principle is based on the enlarged principle of machine clamping the workpiece.  The clamping force is more than those of other hydraulic vices.  The clamping force can be adjusted according to user’s needs. Other oil pressure vices have the defects of oil leaking and oil-seal wear. 

On the other hand, Herbert’s vices can avoid the above-mentioned defects and keep a stable clamping force.  Unstable temperature will affect the processing accuracy if user uses a traditional hydraulic vice.  If the user wants to get high pressure, he can rotate two circles on Herbert’s vice instead of rotating five circles on the handle of other hydraulic vices.  Thus, the user can save processing time.

The MC Universal Powerful-Type Precision Vice offers high strength and high accuracy.  It has a max. opening capacity of 300 mm.  It has a new patented oil-free powerful mechanical boost system that gives greater clamping and do not have collapsing pressure.  It has a chip cover to prevent chips falling down and causing bad motion.  It has a double opening compared to those of the same grade, thus it can easily clamp longer workpiece.
