Ms. Peggy Liu is the Sales Manager (overseas) of ECOM Precision Machinery Co. Ltd.  She said that the CNC Vertical Machining Center i series has appealing aesthetic and is user-friendly.  It also has a seat and table for the user.  The series is launched in 2012 and is widely used in the 3C and automotive industries.  Ms. Liu said that the Southeast Asia region is important and her company planned to expand there.  She is looking for global agents.

The i series has four bearings on the fixing end of triaxial motor to increase servo rigidity.  The three axis design linear guide ways and y axis is adapted with dia. 45 linear guide to enhance the rigidity and inertia of the axis.  The z axis is installed with six heavy duty roller blocks, which improves the transmission stability and rigidity of the head stock and thus ensuring precision.

The IDD spindle is designed with heat-insulated coupling to reduce heat deformation and thus efficiently increase the spindle precision.  It can also be optionally adapted with the optimal direct type spindle design.  The direct type spindle design’s motor can drive directly with spindle to increase the motor efficiency, and so providing a higher quality of rigid tapping.  The direct type driving has no problems of noise, backlash and vibration.  The pyramid base is designed for balanced force.  It can completely bear the load during machine operation.
