In this year’s TIMTOS, the company will exhibit its tool grinding machine, GT-520, designed by Germany and equipped with Switzerland’s top 5-axis NUM Flexium CNC controller and 3D tool grinding software NUMROTO plus. The mineral-casting machine base of the GT-520 provides great performance in damping, deformation, and thermal conductivity. It is also equipped with Marposs 3D automatic tool measurement system, making the tool measuring process more precise and easy. It can complete measuring, multi-process shape processing and Radius grinding in one clamping. Effectively upgrade the efficiency and production capacity of tool machining. Modular design is easy to maintain, all axes can be replaced easily with low cost. The grinding machine is worldwide-patented with double-support B-axis and most distinguished kinematic design to allow 5-axis optimal movement.
