Chevalier - maker of grinding, milling and turning machines

 

Chevalier displays several innovative machining centers. For example, AQP5X-400 5-axis vertical machining center features 5-axis simultaneous or 4+1 axis applications. The machine is fitted with 2-axis rotary table size ∅320 mm (12.6”). Known by its high accuracy, productivity, efficiency, it is suitable for high precision manufacturing, such as aerospace, automotive, die mold making. In addition, the pre-tensioned Class C3 ball screws are used in all three axes. All servo motors are directly coupled to ball screws, increasing movement sensitivity while reducing backlash.

 

Chevalier has been manufacturing grinding, milling and turning machines for decades. In 2014, the company joined in Aerospace Manufacturing Equipment Integration Plan with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan. In 2016, FALCON GROUP, the Chevalier’s sister company joined in Aerospace Team 4.0, executed by Taiwan Corporate Synergy Development Center and the Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation In order to achieve industry 4.0 in its products and services.

Campro - high precision 5-axis machining center

 

Campro manufactures high end machine tools. The company showcases several machine tools, such as U500C 5-axis machining center, U255C 4+1 axis machining center. The former one is designed to machine smaller components without the expense or large floor plans of a swivel head machine. Standard accessories Heidenhain iNC530 provides powerful function support and also adopts Robot to perform multi-program machining in one single machine or even to procure fully automated production. The later one is designed via FEA with 3 axes roller type linear guideway thus delivering high rigidity and stability for the precision machining. The machine equips with C-type structure with rotary table, 3 axis, thus reducing operators’ training time.

 

Campro currently produces 50 sets of machinery a month in Taiwan and 85 sets in Shanghai China. The company is going to open another production base in Jiaxing, China soon. Its production space will be more than both of the two current operating sites. Therefore Campro is expecting to increase production in the coming years in order to fulfill the increasing orders.

Sigma - double column machining center for mammoth sized workpieces

 

Sigma manufactures a variety of CNC machines. At the show, the company showcases its latest innovations such as the SDV-H series CNC High Speed Double Column Machining Center. The machining center offers automatic head changes to dramatically upgrade machining automation and working efficiency. With the use of SIGMA-made mill heads, it can complete complex machining with only one time workpiece setup. The machine is now widely used at mold die making for various industries.

YCM - exhibiting the model of smart factory

HABOR - demonstrating environmental friendly temperature control equipment

 

Habor manufactures high precision coolers and temperature control equipments for machines. The company is well known in the machinery market as it occupies 85% market share in the Taiwan machine tool market and 90% in the global PCB drilling machine market. Habor expands its global sales fast as it is now 30% of turnover from the world business. 

 

The company continues to invest high precision coolers. It has developed PID cooler and DC inverter cooler with high accuracy +/- 0.1 degree Celsius. Tongtai - solutions for aerospace manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing

Tongtai Group showcases a number of industrial applications and machining capacities, which cover solutions of aerospace manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing. All displayed machine tools, including VTX-5, VP-8, VC-610, MT-2000, iTD-2000YBC and SH-5000P exhibit the structure of NC plus PC. VTX-5, a small sized VMC equips with BT-30 spindle with 82 Nm torque to achieve high efficient machining. VP-8, a VMC, features high speed, high stability and high performance-cost ratio. VC-610, a VMC, is designed for die mold making. MT-2000, a dual spindle horizontal CNC lathe, equips with two spindles and two individual machining areas and it can equip with gantry type robot arm for automatic production. iTD-2000YBC, a multi-tasking turning center, can process two sides of a workpiece. SH-5000P, a HMC, equips with rigid body and a powerful spindle. Tongtai also displays three software, including Tongtai Intelligent Manufacturing System, Tongtai Line Management and iMachining to demonstrate the basic structure of a smart factory.
