Top-of-the-line handling Systems

A SPECTACULAR showroom of bottle handling systems for plastic bottles at Posimat's drinktec exhibition in September consisted on a closed circuit including an unscrambler, a silo and an air conveyor, which handled bottles both oval 750ml for dishwashing liquid and cylindrical 330ml for mineral water, changing their trajectories automatically and without the need of personnel. Bottles circulated through a circuit of Posijet air conveyor which incorporated a Vertijet vertical conveyor stretch (shown), the only system capable of going up or down from 0 to 90?and underwent various effects such as accumulation, going up, going down and curves. The same circuit incorporated also a Posiflex unscrambler with instant and automatic changeover and an in-built main hopper featuring Posisilo technology with discharge ramps especially designed for light and delicate bottles. This wide range of equipment in order to better suit the current market needs: unusual bottle shapes, shorter necks, lighter and therefore more delicate bottles, all of it achieved with fast changeovers and the possibility of future format additions without further change part expenses.
