KEMIN Food Technologies and sweets manufacturers co-operative Shree Mumbai Mishtann Vyavasai Sahakari Mandal Ltd. presented the latest on market trends and food safety technologies for the ethnic sweets industry to proprietors and key decision makers of the top 30 sweet manufacturers at VITS in Mumbai. Kemin also introduced the benefits of Amplivita antimicrobial product including food safety in ethnic sweets. Amplivita is not a cover up for inferior raw materials or poor hygienic conditions during manufacturing and distribution, but rather supports the sweet manufacturer抯 efforts to deliver a safe and quality product to consumers when used in combination with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
