The 59th Summer Fancy Food Show in New York gave visitors a whole lot to rave about. Some 180,000 products from more than 2,400 food manufacturers, importers and entrepreneurs were on display. Artisanal cheeses, chocolates, vinegars, grilling sauces, and natural and organic products, were well represented. Amongst those on showcase, new flavours as well as old products given a new twist, are expected to lead trends for the year ahead.
