JENNIFER Frankenberg has joined TriVista as director of the firm’s Food, Beverage and Consumables Practice. Ms Frankenberg will be based in the company’s headquarters in Southern California and will be responsible for overseeing projects in the food and beverage space, focusing on food safety due diligence, risk assessments and mitigation.

Prior to joining TriVista, Ms Frankenberg spent 10 years with The Kroger Company, where she served as procurement manager and regulatory associate. After Kroger, she co-founded SAGE Food Safety, LLC, a boutique consulting firm specialising in crisis and recall management, regulatory compliance, traceability, quality systems, HACCP, food defense and food litigation defense.
Ms Frankenberg received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, magna cum laude and her master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She completed the Microbiology Short Course and the Micro Control Short Course, and is a Certified Food Safety Manager. She is a member of both the International Association for Food Protection and the Association of Food & Drug Officials.
