Twin-screw design concept for improved operation

Mingjilee Enterprises offers its twin-screw design, a concept that aims at production efficiency at lower costs.  The control system adopts movable human touch system, fully-automatic digital communication monitor, and remote monitor and recipe management – all aimed at increasing operation efficiency and ensuring safety and convenience.

The temperature control adopts SCR system (the tolerance of temperature is ± 0.1) which precisely controls plasticizing processes, sheet thickness, flatness, neatness and foaming proportion. A-shaft material bin adopts auto-proportional mixing system that can adjust proportion of various waste materials in order to increase the recycling rate and save on cost.

The machine adopts a special mixing function and high-plasticizing capacity design. It incorporates a static mixer and gear pump which can control the extruding output, pressure and time inside the screw accurately. This ensures efficient melting of resins, homogeneous color and increased extruding output.

The twin-shaft screw machine is equipped with non-stop screen changer unit to increase the convenience of operation and production. The machine adopts BAB 3-layer automatic die head and thickness measurement, and can be used on different types of material.

Embossing shaping station can be moved up and down, forward and backward freely for increased efficiency in operation and improved product quality. Embossing roller of diameter 700 mm and two-loop cooling system incorporated with microcomputer control enables precise temperature control. The machine adopts in-line trimming, slitting and crushing units; immediately recycles all of waste to reduce the waste rate and save cost.
