Unilever adds Kate Somerville Skincare to personal care line

UNILEVER has recently acquired Kate Somerville Skincare LLC, a leading independent prestige skincare brand.

 

One of the most trusted names in the premium US skincare market, Kate Somerville Skincare is distributed through prestige retailers in the U.S. and has a growing footprint in Asia. The brand, which is founded by Los Angeles-based Kate Somerville, features unique Active Balance Technology™ combining advanced active ingredients with natural botanicals to deliver innovation and performance.  

 

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
