The company’s unique fruit concepts concentrate the taste, texture, and goodness of fruit in pieces, flakes, and pastes.

THE Ultra Rapid Concentration (URC) fruit concept is a unique process of concentrating the taste, texture, and natural goodness of fruit into pieces, flakes, and pastes. It is suitable for baked goods, breakfast cereals, confectionery, chocolate, and snack bars.

The product will be exhibited at Fi Europe 2015, (booth 6L59). The company will focus on three key points of difference: Format, Taste, and Formulation. Three separate ‘islands’ will showcase the theme, allowing  visitors to see, handle, and taste a wide range of ingredient and snack solutions based on real fruit.

For Format, Taura will demonstrate size and shape innovations. The exhibits will include Mini’s, believed to be the world’s smallest fruit pieces. The Taste theme will be reflected through flavor innovations, which comprise the latest consumer trends such as fruit+veg and fruit with spices. The Formulation part will focus on the natural origin of Taura’s fruit products, in particular the unique qualities making them ‘Rooted & Real’.

According to Raf Vanlommel, EMEA marketing manager for Taura, said: “We offer an extremely wide range of real fruit solutions so we wanted to make it easy for our customers and potential customers to find the right ingredients for their products. Our stand at this year’s FIE will enable us to achieve this, giving visitors a chance to get a true sense of how our real fruit ingredients can give their products a new and added dimension that will be very appealing to consumers.”
