Urschel meat cutters on showcase at CIMIE

URSCHEL China Limited will display the DiversaCut 2110? Dicer and the Comitrol? Model 1700 at the China International Meat Industry Exhibition, which takes place from 17-18 June at the China International Exhibition Center.

The DiversaCut 2110 offers a wide range of dices and strip cuts for tempered raw meat and cooked meat, as well as different dices, strips and shred cuts for products like ham, pepperoni, and poultry. The machine accepts up to 254mm food, so precutting is no longer necessary. Hinged panels ease maintenance and cleaning.

The Comitrol Processor excels at milling, granulating, and pureeing; meat applications include chicken and beef slurries for baby foods, nutritional supplements, soups, flavorings, and reduction of soybean products for a wide range of uses. A revolutionary cutting principle reduces products precisely at high capacities.
