Verstraete IML expands capacity

The expansion project involves the construction of a new building at Verstraete's  Maldegem site. The ground floor of the new building will accommodate part of the machinery of Verstraete IML.

The new building will add 2,400 sq.m.  of additional production space. The upper floor of the building will house offices, meeting rooms and multi-purpose room. Verstraete IML wants to inspire and encourage its employees with a pleasant working environment and the right tools, as part of its corporate  values FLOW: flexibility, learning capacity, open communication and working in teams.

Construction of the new building is on schedule with hand-over expected toward the end of November 2015. In December and January, the company plans to move the machines, furnish the offices and transfer so that beginning 2016, the company operations in the building begin.
