Vertical FFS bagging machine

CAPABLE of running up to 120 cycles per minute at format sizes ranging from 60 to 260mm, the BVK 260 VFFS Bagging Machine is ideal for basic bag shapes, such as flat bags and flat-bottomed bags. The machine from Rovema NA was developed as a replacement for the company’s VPK-260 continuous motion bagger. Its servo controlled, continuous “D” motion cross seal station keeps reliable sealing technology at the heart of the bagger’s efficiency.

Improvements include a smaller footprint due to an integrated electrical panel, the introduction of a solid frame with no hollow bodies, fabricated steel and solid posts to better prevent potential product migration into the frame, and better maintenance access – including an improved guard door design that uses additional hinges to ensure easier access to the jaw drive and jaw assembly.
