Vichy Targeting Women in Their Fifties

In an attempt to address the skincare needs of women in their fifties, Vichy Laboratories is promoting two new products ,Neovadiol Gf Eye & Lip Contours and Neovadiol Lumiere BB Cream, which are formulated to address the areas most affected by hormonal aging: the jawline, neck and cheeks.

Dr. Rebecca Brightman, OB GYN, MD, FACOG, and Vichy's Expert on Women's Health, explains that during hormonal changes, the process of skin aging is accelerated. She said, "Hormonal alterations can affect almost every organ system in the body—and that includes skin. There is a loss of subcutaneous fat and a decrease in skin collagen production and as a result, skin loses its elasticity, causing fine lines, wrinkles and a sagging jawline." 

The products contain Vichy's patented ingredient combination, Pro-Xylane and Proteic Gf. The ingredients work synergystically to hydrate, even skin texture, smooth lines, plump cheeks and tone skin.
