Video interview at CHINAPLAS 2013: Oechsler Plastic Products (Taicang) Co. Ltd

Oechsler is one of the leading companies of the German plastics processing industry and specialises in the production of complex technical parts and assemblies. Apart from the core competencies such as development, tool making, and injection moulding, Oechsler's range of services includes a string of very innovative plastics engineering technologies. For successful implementation of customer projects they open up a variety of possibilities ranging from the planning and prototype phase down to the finished product.

“We produce plastic materials for precision components and assembly. We have about 1,000 employees in China and operate our own production facilities. Now, the main products we turn out include plastic materials for injection machines in the automotive, medical, and household appliance industries,” according to General Manager Chen Zhen-Hui.

This year, the company’s operations have grown significantly as compared to 2012 and 2011. “We expect that our operation in the next three years will continue to expand further,” Mr. Chen said. The company is also constructing a new factory and when the project is finished, the company’s production capacity will increase by 50 percent.
