Wilden releases new AODD pump

WILDEN^®, part of PSG^®, a Dover company and a worldwide leader in air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump technology, introduces the V150 13 mm (1/2”) Velocity Series pump with a detachable mounting foot for easy reorientation into a vertical or horizontal position with multiple inlet and discharge port options. The latest addition to the company’s specialty AODD pumps can be installed in multiple orientations, a critical consideration for systems and skids.

The Velocity Series – available in 13 mm (1/2”) and 6 mm (1/4”) sizes – features a bore-seal design that eliminates leaks that can result from torque decay. It also delivers improved dry suction lift up to 4.3 m (14.2’) in the 6 mm (1/4”) size and 5.1 m (16.9’) in the 13 mm (1/2”) size better priming. In addition, Wilden Velocity Series pumps incorporate a proven and simple air distribution system (ADS) with only two moving parts that reduces the risk of downtime for long-term reliability.

Velocity Series pumps are available in polypropylene and PVDF construction, as well as an Accu-Flo^™ (solenoid) option, with elastomer options that include PTFE and Wil-Flex^™. Velocity Series pumps feature an interchangeable footprint with previous Wilden designs (P.025, P25, P1 and P100) for user convenience.
