2014 product promotion project

In 2014, Sesame Motor promotes four main products in order to keep up with the latest trends observed in the market. These are: Hollow Shaft High Bending Moment Planetary Gearbox (PHF), Precision Helical Right Angle Planetary Gearbox PGRH), Multi-Stage Planetary Gearbox (PBE), and High Radial Load Precision Planetary Gearbox (PUL). The main features of (PHF) are its high torque and rigidity, high bending moment and axial load capacity, low backlash, lower noise, and better lubrication nature. The product is borne with higher efficiency and reliability and could be applied in the sectors such as aerospace, indexing discs, robotic arms, and many other precision servo transmission systems. 

The main features of (PGRH) are its integrated structure, low backlash, lower noise, and better lubrication nature. The product could be applied to assist automation engineers in their designing of transmission systems. With this product, engineers could achieve low backlash and lower noise with limited spaces. This is a transmission unit brings engineers benefits in time and energy saving.

The main features of (PBE) are its unique impact structure, high ratio, lower noise, and a wide variety of professional applications. For instance, the applications of (PBE) are not constrained in servo positioning, but also to some other tasks such as speed change and torque improvement. This product could be applied to food machinery, measurement equipment, medical devices, mechanical equipment, automatic gates, and electric vehicles.

The main features of (PUL) are its high bending moment and axial load capacity, low backlash, lower noise, and better lubrication nature. This could be applied to multi-axis robotic arms for different automatic production lines. Together with precision gear shafts and gear racks the (PUL) could be utilised in longer distance servo positioning and still keeps high rigidity and precision.
