WorldStar 2010 awards at interpack

HONOURING the “best-of-the-best” packaging, the World Packaging Organisation (WPO) will present the WorldStar awards on May 17, at a special event during Interpack 2011 (12-18 May, Düsseldorf). The honour recognises the best packages amongst award-winners from competitions around the world.
These entries, representing 30 countries, will be judged in seven categories: Beverage, Electronic, Food, Health & Beauty, Household, Pharmaceutical & Medical and “other.” WPO will also present its President’s Award and Sustainability Awards at the May event.
PMMI, organiser of the Pack Expo family of trade shows, has signed on as Platinum Sponsor of the awards ceremony, and will provide a trip for two attendees to Pack Expo Las Vegas 2011 (26-28 September, Las Vegas Convention Centre). Drawing for the trip will be held at the WorldStar ceremony.nike
