Swiss specialist introduces flexible system for in-mould labelling and handle assembly

Beck Automation AG launched the Beck Bailer, an automatic system that can assemble metal handles for industrial plastic pails. It can handle bucket sizes from 2L to 40L with a diameter of 175mm to 380mm and can run different sizes and shapes of pails with different handle designs. The Beck Bailer has a cycle time of 3.5 seconds per pail and does not use hydraulics to form and assemble handles.
