Product Introduction

VG-800 utilizes a high-rigidity gantry base paired with a bridge-type structure. During machining, the spindle head moves along the X and Y axes, ensuring that positioning accuracy remains completely unaffected by the weight of the workpiece. Through the highly dynamic synchronization of tool and workpiece movements, it delivers exceptionally powerful 5-axis simultaneous machining capabilities.
At its cutting core, it comes standard with a 12000 rpm built-in spindle delivering a robust 25 kW of power. This compact design eliminates the backlash and vibration associated with traditional drives, resulting in whisper-quiet operation and an outstanding surface finish. Paired with an annular coolant nozzle system that rapidly dissipates heat, it ensures excellent thermal stability and micron-level precision even during prolonged, heavy-duty operations.
