In multi-machine, multi-process production, three bottlenecks typically undermine utilization and flexibility: time-consuming changeover and clamping, accumulated error as workpieces move between machines, and a proliferation of inconsistent fixture interfaces that are difficult to manage. The Pneumatic Zero-point Clamping Bridge is designed to address these issues, using a single standardized interface to deliver "set up once, clamp quickly, and locate precisely even after transfer between machines."
It adopts the 96-system pull-stud interface and is fully compatible with market-standard zero-point clamping systems; HOMGE also supplies vises and fixtures that share the same zero-point interface, greatly simplifying interface management and enabling interchangeability. Workpieces load and unload quickly and easily; even under repeated clamping, high accuracy and process stability are maintained, effectively shortening changeover time, suppressing cross-machine error, and raising machine utilization. Its single-sided, pneumatically driven design is particularly suited to integration with robotic arms and automated lines, serving as a core locating interface for flexible, unmanned production.
Model M-96x96(8051A)S measures 450 x 156 x 51mm, with M-96x96PS pull studs, a 400 x 90mm mounting-hole pattern, and a weight of 19.7kg. As a single-station base for 4-axis and horizontal machining, it combines flexibly with master plates, vises, and fixtures to help build modular, repeatable work holding platforms.
