Precision mould making and heavy-duty machining often pose a dilemma: table space is limited, yet the work demands powerful, stable clamping force. Conventional high-force vises are bulky, leaving little usable space once mounted and restricting clamping range. The Multi-power CNC Super Vise is designed to resolve this conflict — delivering an exceptionally large jaw opening in the shortest possible body so a limited table yields maximum capacity.
An exclusive MULTI-POWER mechanism amplifies clamping force up to 0–5500 kg, while a high-grade bearing-steel design keeps that force constant and repeatable; an adjusting stop ring lets you preset and reproduce the exact same clamping force every cycle for stable, controllable quality. The patented Angle-Lock system goes further, automatically pulling the workpiece down into position under 2500 kg of pressure and holding both positioning accuracy and deflection to within ±0.005mm — so high clamping force and high precision are achieved together.
The fixed jaw is high-quality steel hardened to HRC55; the body is ductile iron of FCD60 grade or above, with slideways hardened to HRC50 for rigidity and durability. The vise mounts horizontally or vertically and spans models HPAQ-100/130/160/200/250, making it particularly suited to precision mould making and heavy-duty machining.
