In high-mix, high-volume, or varied-shape production, fitting a dedicated fixture for every part type means frequent changeover, machine utilization that is hard to improve, and persistently high cost. The Vise In-Row is designed to clamp multiple parts on a single vise body while accommodating a range of shapes, letting a shop complete many parts in one setup — effectively raising utilization, shortening changeover, and cutting cost.
Its precision serrated, adjustable base locates and securely holds square, round, or irregular workpieces alike; optional V-jaws clamp cylindrical parts, while optional soft jaws can be machined to suit irregular shapes, so the vise can hold many small parts at once or flexibly clamp one to several larger parts. The complete set is made of tool steel, heat-treated above HRC60 and precision-ground for durability and an enlarged clamping range (patents 216009 and M266131).
Material: tool steel, HRC56–60. The HRV-50/75/100 families (HRV-5030–5070, 7543–7573, 10055–10075) offer clamping forces of roughly 1000/2000/2700 kg and weights from 5.3 to 55kg, suiting horizontal, vertical, and 4-axis CNC machining centers as well as surface grinders.
