Company Introduction
Dahorn Refining Co., Ltd. was established in 1987, initially focusing on precision mold development, mold manufacturing, and plastic product mass production for customers in Taiwan and overseas markets. The company later integrated 3D mold design, CNC milling, CNC wire cutting, CNC turning, injection molding, and packaging into a one-stop manufacturing service. In 1996, it co-founded a plastic products factory in Chang’an, Dongguan, and in 2000, it established a production site in Suzhou. In 2001, the company was reorganized as Dahorn Refining Co., Ltd. and implemented an ERP system to strengthen production quality and mass production scheduling. It continued to enhance quality and process capabilities, obtaining ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2004 and ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2017, followed by the addition of a precision measurement room and air-bearing CNC coordinate measuring equipment in 2020. Today, Dahorn builds its core competitiveness around mold design, precision machining, plastic injection mass production, post-processing, assembly testing, and quality inspection, providing one-stop support from product development, material selection, mold flow analysis, and mold manufacturing to mass production delivery.
