HPP is a non-thermal food preservation technology that uses water pressure up to 6,000 bar／600 MPa to improve food safety and extend shelf life while helping preserve product freshness, flavor, and nutritional quality. Its applications include juices and beverages, meat products, ready-to-eat foods, pet food, and other food processing categories.
The company provides equipment for both packaged products and bulk liquid processing, along with customized automation ranging from individual HPP lines to fully automated turnkey solutions. Beyond food HPP systems, Hiperbaric also develops HIP equipment and high-pressure hydrogen compression technologies for demanding industrial applications such as aerospace, energy, oil and gas, automotive, medical, and sustainable mobility.
